Where you find your invoice depends on how you pay for your translation credits.
Clients who have pay-as-you-go set up receive an invoice once per month for the number of credits they used in the previous month. If you translate 2,000 credits per month or less, you aren’t charged anything.
In each automatic translation invoice, you are charged for any automatic translation credits you used during the previous calendar month, starting at midnight UTC on the first day of the month until midnight UTC on the first day of the next month.
Please note that depending on your time zone, jobs you translate on the last day or first day of the month may be split across two billing cycles.
Invoices are issued and your credit card is charged on the 3rd of each month. For example, you can expect to be charged on February 3rd for translations you did during January. You will then be charged on March 3rd for all translations done during February, and so on.
It doesn’t matter at which part of the month you first start using our automatic translation system. The billing cycle is always the same.

You can find all your invoices in your WPML account.
- Log in to your WPML.org account.
- Use the Search past invoices dropdown to choose the timeframe you want to view.
- Click the Invoice button to view and download available invoices from that time period.
You can also view your Pay-As-You-Go invoices from your site’s admin. To do this:
- Go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Tools tab.
- Expand the Invoices sub-menu to download the invoice you need.
You can purchase prepaid packages of credits on WPML.org. That’s also where you can find your invoices.
