Dieses Thema ist gelöst. Hier finden Sie eine Beschreibung des Problems und der Lösung.
Problem: The client was experiencing issues with activating WPML and including credits on their WordPress site after transferring the domain. Despite adding credits and the domain in the WPML admin area, the client saw 0 credits when logging into the new domain. Solution: We recommended the following steps: 1. Delete the domain in the WPML.org account by following this documentation: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#unregister. 2. Register the domain automatically as shown in this guide: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register. 3. Transfer the credits to the website. The issue was due to the use of different domains, which caused confusion in the WPML accounts. We resolved the issue by reconnecting the domain to the correct ID that held the credits.
If this solution does not apply to your situation because it might be outdated or not relevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. I'm having problems activating WPML including credits on our WP site. Actually, everything was working fine until recently. We transferred credits from our dev site to our new domain versteckter Link and had them translated automatically. This morning I logged in and suddenly I was asked whether our domain had changed (it may be that I logged in with sumetix.de/wp-admin. I then added this domain here on the WPML page. However, what WPML in WP says about the domain does not match the domain that I type in the browser. Right now I have 0 credits when I log in to versteckter Link even though I actually have all the credits I added it here in the admin area.
I checked your account details, and would like to have the number of your Automatic Translation account ID. You can see that if you visit WPML > Support and click on the "Troubleshooting" link.
It seems there was a duplication of the ID, that's why you can't see your credits. I'll wait for your feedback.
To explain to you what the issue was, it seems that due to the different domains you were using, WPML confused the accounts. We were unable to connect the domain to the right ID that had the credits, but it's solved now. Please notify me if everything is working as expected on your side.
I think something in connection to registering and unregistering the website happened now. I cannot edit my translations. If I go to WPML->translations and click on "Review" for a page, the page with the header opens where I can edit my translation (German: Übersetzung bearbeiten). However, all that happens is that the page reloads and in the logs I get what you see in the picture. We really need to translate our homepage asap and I am starting to resent my choice of going with WPML.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
Thank you for sharing. I made a test with the "Automotive" page and everything worked fine. I went to the pages tab, clicked at the eye symbol and accepted the translation successfully.
Can you please confirm if the issue is still happenning?
Something that might be causing this, is the meory you have set up on your website. I checked your debug info and noticed that your website doesn't have the minimum memory required for WPML to work. WPML requires a memory limit of at least 128MB while 256MB is recommended. See https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ for detailed information. You can set WP Memory Limit in your wp-config.php file by adding the following code:
The way you describe is different from what I use. As mentioned above:
"If I go to WPML->translations and click on "Review" for a page, the page with the header opens where I can edit my translation (German: Übersetzung bearbeiten). However, all that happens is that the page reloads and in the logs I get what you see in the picture."
I uploaded two pictures. I want to review the translations like this, which makes it much easier and faster.
I increased the memory but it didnt solve the issue. Trying to download the translations as XLIFF is also throwing an error.

I apologize for the problems you are having with WPML. I'm doing my best to get a solution as quick as possible. Even though the problems might share a cause, since this one is a new one, I created a ticket for it:
This way, I can make sure that the issue will be resolved, and it also makes it easier for other users to find it, in case they're having similar issues. I'll answer you there as soon as I have new information.
