Wir benutzen das Impreza Theme mit dem Bakery Page Builder. Wir haben den Footer übersetzt, allerdings landen die Links auf der Originalsprache (de) und nicht auf der englischen Seite. Wir haben mehrfach versucht den Link einzufügen, aber es funktioniert nicht. versteckter Link Können Sie uns weiterhlfen? Vielen Dank! |

Hello Stephanie, To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or want me to assign this ticket to one of my German-speaking colleagues. I will be happy to do that for you. Please be informed that the internal links are supposed to get updated automatically depending on the availability of translation. However, upon checking the footer, I noticed that every link within it contains the page's ID instead of the slug. This is likely the reason the links aren't auto-updating in other languages. Please try the following steps and hopefully, the issue will be resolved after that. - Open the Footer template in the Editor. Please give this method a try and let me know how it goes. Hello Stephanie, From the screenshot, it seems you have updated the English version of the Footer manually. Instead of updating the Footer in that way, Please update the link on the German version of the Footer first, save the changes, and then update the translation of the Footer using the Advanced Translation editor. In this way, the link will be updated properly in each version automatically. But, if the issue persists, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
