Background of the issue:
I am trying to clear the Translation Memory for the domain versteckter Link. A lot of newlines are now missing in the translations due to an issue identified in versteckter Link. We are aware that clearing the memory results in additional credit use and kindly ask for a discount regarding all the translations that happened for this domain in August. It would be great if in the long run we could clear the translation memory ourselves.

Symptoms:
Newlines are missing in the translations.

Questions:
How can we clear the Translation Memory for the domain versteckter Link?
Can we get a discount for the translations that happened for this domain in August?

Hi,

We do not recommend clearing the translation memory due to some incorrect entries, as this would result in the loss of all existing data, and you would have to start from scratch without any refunds. Currently, there are 2010 items in your translation memory.

Are you sure you want to delete them all?

We can offer a refund in credits (partial or full, based on how many items you believe there are) so you can try again. This issue was caused on our end, and we are actively working on a solution.

Dear Bruno,

yes please delete all the entries related to the domain versteckter Link.

As we can currently not use the translation in production because of inproper spacing we kindly ask for a 50% refund in credits if possible.

I started the process of deleting translation memory and added credits to that site.
