Solution:
We advise against clearing the Translation Memory due to the risk of losing all existing data, which would require starting over without any refunds. Currently, your Translation Memory contains 2010 items. If you still wish to proceed with clearing, we can offer a refund in credits, either partial or full, depending on your assessment of the affected items. This issue occurred on our end, and we are actively working on a resolution.
