The customer had an issue with an accordion on a page that contains templates that have already been translated. Nevertheless, only the German text was displayed.
Solution:
If you encounter a similar issue where an accordion or other element that uses templates does not display correctly in other languages, we recommend that you follow the steps below:
1. Check if the problem persists by visiting the page in your browser's incognito mode or after clearing the browser cache.
2. Make sure that the templates have been translated correctly and that the translations are published.
3. Check if there are any known issues with the WPML and Elementor integration by visiting the known issues.
4. Make sure you have the latest versions of WPML, Elementor and other involved themes and plugins installed.
