Problem:
I would like to translate the link in my logo so that users who are on the English page stay on the English page when they click on the logo. I tried it with the ATE but the link behind the logo does not appear in the translation screen. I then tried to create a new header for the language English, but unfortunately, that didn't work either.
Solution:
If the Logo is added using the Logo widget of Elementor, instead of selecting a custom link, select Site URL. If the Homepage is translated, the URL on the Translated page will be updated automatically.

Ich möchte gerne den Link im meinem Logo übersetzten, damit die Nutzer den englischen Seite auch auf der englischen Seite bleiben, wenn Sie auf das Logo klicken. Ich habe es mit dem ATE probiert aber der Link, welcher hinter dem Logo liegt, erscheint in dem Übersetzungsbildschirm nicht. Ich habe dann auch versucht einen neuen Header für die Sprache Englisch anzulegen, das hat aber leider auch nicht funktioniert.

Please be informed that the Advanced Translation Editor hides URLs, shortcodes, and HTML attributes by default to prevent automatically translating an element that might break something with your site. In order to translate the links, please follow the instructions mentioned in the guide below.
I hope it will help. But, I also would like to inform you that any internal link should be updated automatically in the translated page, if the page that you're linking is translated. You can check by updating the URL structure to relative(instead of adding the full URL for homepage, just add a forward slash "/".)

thank you for your answer. Sadly I already tried translating the link with the ATE. But for some reason the link behind the site logo isn't shown, even if I search for an https-link. I also have a button on the header which I translated using the way shown in the video you linked in your reply. I attached an image of the way the ATE looks woth https in the searchbar. Is there another way?
As the logo link still not working properly, Please try the steps below and check if that helps to solve the issue.
- Open the Header template in the Elementor Editor.
- Edit the widget where you've placed the logo.
- Edit the URL and place a "forward slash(/)" only. [We are changing the URL structure to relative. Please check this article to know more about the URL Structures: versteckter Link;
- Save the changes.
- Now, open the template in the default WordPress editor.
- Update the Translation by clicking on the "Curved arrow" icon [Screenshot: versteckter Link;
I hope the issue will be fixed after that. But, if the issue persists, a closer inspection will require to identify the root cause. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

I’m glad to inform you that the issue is resolved now. The logo link was set to custom which could be the reason for the issue. I switched it to the Site URL(Screenshot: versteckter Link) and updated the translation too which fixed the issue.
