Problem:
The client is unable to see the word 'Deutschland' in the glossary despite it being highlighted, and receives a message that the word already exists. Additionally, changes made to the footer via the page builder are not reflected in the translations.
Solution:
We recommend checking the template usage in Divi. Specifically, the footer template that should be used is named 'footer neu'. You can locate this template under WPML > Translation Management > Divi Layouts. Ensure to adjust your filters to avoid accidentally hiding this element. Once found, you can edit the footer and update the translations accordingly.
