Problem:
The client wants all administrators to be able to use all parts of WPML, but they encounter an error message saying 'sorry you are not authorized to access this page' when trying to access certain WPML features.
Solution:

and check if the administrators are listed as Translation Managers or Translators. If they are, remove them from the list and verify access again.
2. Check for any restriction plugins that might be limiting access to WPML features. If found, disable these plugins and try again.
