Problem:
The client is unable to translate the footer and the container in the footer of their website using WPML, despite applying the translation from the back-office. The footer was added through Thim Elementor templates and implemented via a widget using a shortcode. The client also mentioned a button that allows choosing the language for displaying the footer.
Solution:
We recommended creating separate footers for each language using the Thim Elementor templates and invoking these templates via the shortcode specific to each language. For example, adding the shortcode

[thim_ekit id="15565"]

to display the footer in French only. This approach should resolve the issue of the footer not appearing translated when switching languages.
