Corruption in option value "wpml_notices" can lead to issues with Query Monitor plugin

Overview of the issue

If you are using Query Monitor along WPML and if the values in the option key “wpml_notices” are corrupted somehow, you might encounter issues.
Corruption of that key might happen due to improper migration that did not account for the values being serialized or for an example if there are different collation or charset between the staging server/dev server and the production server.

Workaround

You can always remove the key “wpml_notices” from the option table of your site.
The key will regenerate with the proper values when necessary.
