Overview of the issue
Clients may experience issues with synchronization of translation jobs when GZIP compression is enabled on their servers.
Workaround
GZIP compression can be disabled in the server side settings. Depending on your access control, you may be able to do it yourself, otherwise, you may need to contact your hosting provider:
- Access your server’s configuration files.
- Disable GZIP compression.
- Restart the server to apply changes.
- Test the translation job synchronization process again.
