When uploading an image, no graphic feedback is provided

Overview of the issue

This issue only happens on specific conditions:

• Go to the Media Library
• Dragging and image in it: you should see the uploading animation and then the uploaded image
• Switch language using the language switcher in the admin bar
• Drag another image: the uploading animation won’t show up, neither the image

When switching language in the Media Library, the upload animation and image preview won’t show up.

Workaround

There is no workaround at the moment, but the image actually gets uploaded: refreshing the page will prove that.
