Overview of the issue
When using the WooCommerce mobile App, you will notice that the App only displays products and product categories in the site’s primary language. Products and categories in secondary languages are not visible. This behavior is expected, as product translation is only available and visible within the WordPress dashboard.
Workaround
You can still access translated products and categories by logging into the WordPress dashboard:
- Open the WooCommerce Mobile App.
- Tap the four-dot icon in the bottom right corner.
- Select “WC Admin” to access the WordPress dashboard.
