Change the license of a client's website

Problem:
You are working on renewing a client's website and need to switch from a previous provider's one-year WPML license to your own lifetime license.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps to change the WPML license:
1. Log in to your new account.
2. Navigate to Account-> Sites
3. Register the site and copy the site key.
4. In your site's dashboard, go to Plugins-> Add New-> Commercial tab.
5. Unregister WPML from the site and then register it again using the new site key.

The website is currently running with WPML from the previous provider who had a one-year license that expires on July 11. We would like to switch to our lifetime license, which we have contracted. Síntomas: No specific issue or error message mentioned. Then you can 'unregister' WPML on the site and register it again using the new license. Please try the following steps: 1- Log in to the "new" account 2- Go to Account-> Sites (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) 3- Register the site and copy the site key 4- In your site's dashboard, go to Plugins-> Add New-> Commercial tab 5- Unregister WPML from the site and register with the new site key Kindly let me know if the above steps fixed the issue.
