Problem:
The client is unable to use their automatic translation credits on a new site after deleting the site key for an old site. The credits did not return to the account's pool and appear to be stuck due to a known synchronization bug. The client also inquired about completely removing the old site and assigning tokens to the new site for automatic translation to work correctly.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issues:
1. Go to your website, navigate to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial, and click the 'unregister' link to unregister WPML.
2. Visit https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and delete the existing site key.
3. Return to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial on your website and click the 'register' link to register your new site.
