Problem:
The client added 7000 prepaid credits to their website using WPML, but the credits are not showing up in the WordPress backend.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend that you first remove your domain from your site key dashboard at https://wpml.org/account/sites/. Next, create a new site key. Then, on your website, navigate to WP > Plugins > Add Plugins > Commercial Tab > Click on 'Unregister site key' link and register this new site key. After completing these steps, recheck to see if the credits show up.
