Problem:
The client's bilingual website in English and French does not allow WordPress editors to switch languages while editing, despite having the Pro version of PublishPress Capabilities and Permissions. The editing pencil icon is greyed out.
Solution:
We recommend reviewing our documentation on WPML user roles and capabilities. Additionally, ensure that the editors are added as translators within WPML by navigating to WPML->Translation Management->Translators.
