There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. One of our 2nd tier supporters will help you with this. In the meantime, can you provide access to your WP dashboard as well as FTP to your site?

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and us can see and have access to it.


Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.

If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
