We increased the WordPress memory limit to 250MB and enabled the WPML SEO feature. After monitoring the site for several hours, we did not observe any resource exhaustion or significant slowness. We have our Page "Home" where we have it in German and English.
It is translated but the English Translation is not showing in German (it used to work)
Solution:
1- Edit the page in the default language, and copy its ID
2- Go to WPML-> String Translation
3- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
4- Search for the default language home page's ID
5- Select the strings
6- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
7- Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link
8- Edit the translated page using WordPress editor and copy its ID
9- Translate the ID via String Translation
