Problem:
The client needed to know how to automatically apply image settings to both languages in WPML, so that media does not have to be translated separately.
Solution:
1. We recommend disabling the "Translate media library texts with posts" option in the "WPML > Settings > Media Translation > How to handle media library texts" section if you do not want to translate image names.
2. To use the same image in translations:
- Open the default product in the WordPress Editor.
- In the Language meta section, check both options under Media Attachments.
- Re-add the images, save the changes, and update the translation.

We highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Problem:
If you're trying to remove credits from your website.
Solution:
To remove credits:
1) Go to your WPML Account.
2) Find the site and click Add/remove credits.
3) Click Remove credits and enter the number of credits.
4) Click Remove credits to complete.

If you need to remove credits from a site that shares credits with other sites:
1) On your site, go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Tools tab.
2) Click Settings and expand the setting to Transfer credits to WPML.org.
3) Enter the number of credits you want to transfer. These credits are available immediately in your WPML account to use on other sites.
