Problema: Il cliente ha espresso insoddisfazione riguardo alla gestione del supporto WPML e alla mancanza di crediti di traduzione aggiuntivi dopo il rinnovo della licenza. Soluzione: Abbiamo verificato e confermato che non ci sono errori con i crediti di traduzione. Quando si rinnova una licenza Agency, i crediti vengono assegnati fino a un massimo di 180mila, basandosi sui crediti già presenti nell'account. Al momento del rinnovo del cliente, c'erano già 180mila crediti, quindi non ne sono stati assegnati altri. Per quanto riguarda il costo delle traduzioni, solo il nostro motore di traduzione gestito con l'IA, PTC, costa 4 crediti per parola, mentre gli altri motori non hanno subito aumenti di prezzo.
