Problem:
The client reported that categories for FRANCE, GERMAN, and SPANISH are not translated in the menu, despite being translated in the WPML configuration.
Solution:
We checked the menu under Appearances > Menu and found that the product categories are custom links. We then synced the menu into the secondary languages using WPML -> WP Menus Sync. Since custom links require manual translation, we provided two methods:
1) Manually translate the URLs and labels from the Appearance → Menu page. For more details, visit Translating Menus Manually.
2) After syncing the menu structure, use WPML String Translation to translate the URL and label of the custom menu item. For guidance, see Translating Custom Links.
Now that the menus are synced, you can proceed to the WPML >> String Translation page to translate your custom links.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello Mateus,

thank you for your help. About firts thing, Issue solved.

About second thing, we see that categories for FRANCE, GERMAN and SPANISH are not translated on the menù. They are not also not available (if you go over "products" doesn't appear the menù with the translated categories).

We've already checked inside WPML configuration and every category is translated. Why happen this?

Hello there,

I went to Appearances > Menu and checked that the products categories are custom links.

I went to WPML -> WP Menus Sync and synced the menu into the secondary languages, however, custom links need to be translated manually.

You can translate the URLs and labels of custom links in two ways:

1) Manually from the Appearance → Menu page.

2) By syncing the menu structure(done) and then using WPML String Translation to translate the URL and label of the custom menu item.
