If you’re not happy, we refund your purchase. No questions asked.

We will do whatever is in our power to make sure that you’re happy with WPML.

You can request refunds until 30 days of your purchase date. We will refund 100% of your payment – no questions asked.

Your purchase of WPML entitles you to access to upgrades and documentation. These will not be available if you request a refund.

For refunds, use only our contact form. Please don’t reply to the automated purchase-confirmation emails and don’t post in the forum. The forum is monitored by our developers and not by accounting.
