Problem:
The client needed to check the remaining translation credits in their WPML account and understand the usage of these credits, especially since they believed they hadn't used up their allotment of 90,000 credits. They were also unsure if credits from a few years ago were correctly applied or used.
Solution:
We advised the client to check their current credit balance and past usage by visiting their WPML account page at https://wpml.org/account. For detailed reports on automatic translation usage, we directed them to navigate to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports. Upon further investigation, we discovered that 10,000 credits were stuck due to a system issue related to account ID changes during site migrations or WPML resets. We resolved this by reallocating the stuck credits back to the client's current account.
