What is Translate Everything Automatically?
Translate Everything Automatically is a mode in which WPML translates all your site’s content for you, in the background.
Once WPML finishes translating all your existing content, it will continue translating new content that you publish, and update translations whenever you edit content.
Translate Everything Automatically only translates content from your site’s default language to secondary languages. If you publish content in a secondary language, you can still translate it to other languages by manually sending it for translation from the Translation Dashboard.
How to Enable Translate Everything Automatically
Before enabling Translate Everything Automatically, we recommend translating a sample of your content to make sure the frontend is fully translated.
Once done, follow these steps to enable Translate Everything Automatically:
Go to WPML → Translation Dashboard.
At the top of the dashboard, click the toggle on the right of the Translate Everything Automatically container.

In the pop-up that appears, choose what content you want to translate:
Translate your entire site – any content that already exists but hasn’t been translated yet.
Translate only future content – only new content you create after enabling this mode.
Click the Continue button.
Next, choose what you would like to do after WPML finishes translating your content:
Publish without review – WPML publishes translations immediately, skipping the review process.
Wait for review – WPML keeps translations unpublished, so you can review them first.
Publish and mark for review – WPML publishes translations immediately but flags them for you to check at your convenience.
Finally, click the Start Translate Everything Automatically button.
WPML will now automatically translate all the content on your website, indicating the progress at the top of the Translation Dashboard.
