Overview of the issue

When your store’s checkout process allows the possibility for customers to pay later after submitting an order, it may be possible for a customer to submit an order in a secondary language and return later to finish the payment process in your site’s default language.

When that’s the case, they will proceed through payment process in the default language with no issue. However, just after the payment process, the customer will be incorrectly redirected to the confirmation page in the secondary language.

Workaround

We don’t have a solution yet. However, we recommend that customers pay in the language they ordered in originally.

Please note: the payment is correctly received despite the redirection to the confirmation page in the incorrect language.
