Overview of the issue

You may be experiencing a layout issue in the WordPress backend navigation menu (Appearance > Menus) when using WPML Multilingual CMS with WordPress 6.4. This issue manifests as a broken or distorted layout in the navigation menu editor.

Workaround

Add the following CSS into your theme:

.nav-menus-php .major-publishing-actions {
    display: block !important;
 }

Note: Keep in mind that this can also be done from WPML > Languages > Language switcher options.
