Overview of the Issue
When you add a Recent Posts widget in X theme, all the posts links in the widget redirects you to the same page.
Workaround
This issue is fixed. Updating to the latest version solves it on your site, so you only need this workaround if you can’t update yet.
You can resolve this issue by commenting out the filter below in the class-wpml.php file found in ../wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/components/:
//add_filter( 'the_permalink', array( $this, 'filter_permalink' ) );
