Dieses Thema ist gelöst. Hier finden Sie eine Beschreibung des Problems und der Lösung.
Problem: The client was unable to translate the logo on their multilingual website using WPML, even after following the manual for logo translation. Solution: We resolved the issue by ensuring that the key identifier of the logo was translated correctly. Here are the steps we took: 1. We checked the key identifier of the logo in the website's backend. 2. We found that the English logo's ID was not added as a translation for the German logo's ID. 3. We added the English logo's ID as a translation to the German logo's ID. 4. This action resolved the issue, and the logo now appears correctly in English.
Please verify if the logo is now displaying correctly on your website. If this solution does not seem relevant to your issue, feel free to open a new support ticket with us, and we will be glad to assist you further.

Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
I see what you're aiming for. The method you've used to translate the logo is effective when the main logo is placed in the dedicated Logo field of WordPress, found under Appearance > Customize > Site Identity.
However, if you've designed a custom header and added the logo using an image element, then you should use the "Media Translation" addon of WPML to translate the logo image.
Please go to "WPML > Media Translation" and search for the Logo. If it appears in the result, click on the plus icon and add the English logo as the translation of the default logo. For more information on how you can use Media Translation, please check the guide below.
Upon checking, I found that the static resources is still being served from caches. Would you please clear the "Autoptimize" caches, and caches from other caching plugin as well and check if the issue persists or not?
If the issue remains even after that, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: versteckter Link
Hi There,
Thank you for sharing the access information.
I'm pleased to let you know that the problem has been resolved. The key identifier of the logo, as seen in this screenshot (versteckter Link), was not translated earlier, leading to the logo not appearing in English. As soon as I added the English logo's ID as a translation, the issue was promptly fixed.
Please check and let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
