Problem:
The client is working on a staging site and is having trouble with the English version of the HOME link not appearing in the menu. They are using Divi Builder, and the menu is supposed to be created automatically when a page is made. The primary menu is set to Italian, and the client is unsure how to change it to English. The English homepage link is incorrect, and the client needs assistance in resolving this issue.

Solution:
1. We recommended translating the menu by following the steps shown in a video tutorial. We created the main menu for the English version for the client.
2. If using Divi Builder, the client should configure a global header for the site and proceed with the header translation there.
3. We noticed that the homepage was not translated into English, which might be why it wasn't appearing in the English menu. We advised the client to translate the homepage into English and check if the problem persists.
4. We instructed the client to create a main menu for the English version by clicking on "+ English" and then setting it to appear in the header section.
