Problem: Translated page is showing a different layout

Solution: This bug happen because *wp_theme* and *wp_template_part_area* Taxonomies are set to *Do Not Translate*(correct settings) but some entries exist in the icl_translations table and some of them are translated due past settings. Therefore those entries should be deleted in order to make it work.

The following steps after a full site backup{mandatory} helped to resolve this.

1) Log in to the database server using tools like PHPMyAdmin
2) Choose the database. Run these queries

DELETE FROM `wp_terms` WHERE term_id IN (84,85);
DELETE FROM `wp_term_taxonomy` WHERE term_id IN (84,85);
DELETE FROM `wp_term_relationships` WHERE term_taxonomy_id IN (84,85);
DELETE FROM `wp_icl_translations` WHERE `element_type` = 'tax_wp_template_part_area' OR `element_type` = 'tax_wp_theme';

3) Go to WPML>>Support>>Troubleshooting
4) Run Remove ghost entries and then Set Language Information option
5) Visit WPML Translation Management Dashboard and duplicate the page templates
6) Then check on the front-end
