How It Works

  1. Let us know what’s wrong – we’ll treat it like a bug report.
  2. Our team will analyze and try to fix the issue.
  3. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll refund you for the amount you spent on translating that content.

Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the translation date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Anyone using PTC on a live website with real content. We don’t provide refunds for translations done on local/test sites or with dummy content.

Only those done using PTC. Refunds don’t apply to content translated with other engines like DeepL or Google Translate.

Yes, we cover up to 500,000 translated words.

You must submit the refund request within 60 days of when the translation was done.

We’ll first try to fix the translation issue in PTC itself. If you’re still unhappy, we’ll refund the credits used for that content in full.
