The main experience is even after completing translation 100%, the status still shows as in progress. |

Hi Mateus Thank you for your response. I have done as you have instructed. I then amended the original of one of the pages translated. However, when editing the translation, the amendment made to the original was not there. The progress still showed 100% complete. Saved it anyway and it still showed in progress. I then made a minor adjustment to the translation, saved that and it now shows complete. To test further, I translated a new page. This time after completing 100% and saving it, it show as complete and no more in progress. This is great. However, I then went back in to edit, now even after minor changes it still shows in progress (as before). This is an issue. Kindly advise/assist further. Thank you. |

Hello Kevin, Thanks for your reply. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Our Debugging Procedures I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site. Privacy and Security Policy We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see: **IMPORTANT** - Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access. Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day. |

Hi there, Thank you for providing the credentials. We were able to spot these logs in WPML -> Support -> Advanced Translation Editor -> Error Logs: AMS Server Communication Active record record not found: Couldn't find Translator with [WHERE `translators_websites`.`website_id` = ? AND `translators`.`email` = ?] This indicates that some translator information were missing (for instance, the 'name' field). I added myself as a translator in WPML -> Translation Management -> Translators, and filled the 'name' field for all users missing it in Users -> All Users. Then, I ran again the WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting options, re-opened the translation and saved it. Now it seems to be working properly. Could you please review it and let us know if it is solved? Thank you. |
