Background of the issue:
I am trying to synchronize translations after uploading a translated XLIFF file on my site hidden link. I exported the XLIFF file, translated it, and when finished the translation then imported it back.

Symptoms:
After importing the translated XLIFF file, it shows that everything is translated, but when I assign the task to myself and open the WPML Advanced Translation Editor, many texts still appear as untranslated.

Questions:
Why do translations appear untranslated in the WPML Advanced Translation Editor after importing the XLIFF file?

Hello,

thanks for reaching out to us.

That is expected, they will not be visible in Advanced translation editor, they are only visible on frontend or if you use Classic translation editor or manually via your page builder.

Regards,
Drazen
