Background of the issue:
I am using WPML on my site hidden link and have enabled 'Translate Everything Automatically' to use AI for translating all content.

Symptoms:
Some pages are not being fully translated even after saving the original content again. Deleting and recreating the translation does not resolve the issue.

Questions:
Why are some pages not fully translated despite using 'Translate Everything Automatically'?
What steps can I take to ensure all content is translated correctly?

Thanks for your patience. Our second-tier team reviewed this and found that, in most cases, the issue occurs because the strings for those sections were translated elsewhere (for example, in the Classic Translation Editor or String Translation). It’s uncommon, but here’s what you can do next:

1.Make a full backup of your site.

2.Go to WPML → Packages and delete the relevant string packages.

3.Send the page for translation again.

If the system charges any additional translation credits during this process, we’ll compensate them.
