Hi there!

I’m leaving this first reply before one of my teammates continues with your ticket.

This issue often happens because of a conflict with another plugin or theme.
To identify the source, please try the following:

Either use the Check Conflicts plugin
or, if possible, test on a staging site.

Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WPML ones and switch to a default theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Five).

Then reactivate your plugins one by one to see when the problem reappears — that will help us find where the conflict is coming from.

Once you find which plugin or theme triggers the issue, please let us know so we can check it further.

Its fixed by disabling a plugin, will see how we can get that one active again.
