Background of the issue:
I am trying to modify a translation as another administrator, but when she attempts to edit the text, a white page appears. It works fine with the master admin. This issue is new, as it was possible before for this admin user to modify a translation.
Symptoms:
When attempting to modify a translation, a white page appears instead of the expected save modification.
Questions:
Why does a white page appear when another admin tries to edit a translation?
Why does it work fine with the master admin but not with other admins?
If you add a test admin and use that new account, does it work ok? This will allow us to see if theres a database or permission level issue for that specific admin.
Also as another test, go to WPML->Translation management-> add the other admin as a translator with full access to all language pairs and try again.
