This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You have a form that was sent for translation using WPML and Gravity Forms. After making edits to the original form, specifically to the radio button field choices, these changes are not appearing in the translation editor. The field titles update correctly, but the choices do not, and the old choices still show. Despite clearing the site's and WPML's cache and even replacing the old radio button field with a new one, the issue persists.
Solution:
We recommend searching for the numeric or non-visual elements of the content directly in the text search bar located at the top right of the Advanced Translation Editor. This approach is necessary because the editor's UI by default only displays translatable strings. For better visibility of these strings, you can enter a percent sign "%" in the search bar, which should make the strings visible inside the editor. We have confirmed this solution by testing it on a development site, and it worked as expected.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

We have a form that was being translated, meaning had been sent for translation, but there were some edits to the original form after they were sent for translation. Some of these edits are not appearing, they are the choices for a radio button field. The changes to the fields title were reflected in the translation editor, but the changes to the choices were not rendered and the old choices are still showing. I deleted site's cache multiple times, I deleted the wpml cache several times. No luck. I added a new radio button field to the form, gave it the same title and choices as the old one, deleted the old one, and saved the form (I had also saved the form with minor space changes but still no luck). This did not cause the new radio field choices to go to the editor. I want to point out, none of the gravity forms translations for this form were marked as finished before the edit took place. But, after the edit they were re-sent for translation.

I'd rather not delete this and start over again, why won't these changes show up in the translation editor when other changes done at the same time are showing up in the translation editor?

The screenshot shows what's appearing in the translation editor for #7, and what's showing on the form in English (primary language of site). The choices do not match.

Hello,

You are saying:
"I want to point out, none of the gravity forms translations for this form were marked as finished before the edit took place. But after the edit, they were re-sent for translation."

Usually, you should avoid updating original content while a translation is still in progress.

Could this be the reason for the issue?

Does it work as expected if you complete the translation or cancel the current job at WPML > Translation Dashboard > Jobs and then update the form and send it again to translation from WPML > Translation Dashboard?

Best regards
Andreas

Hello Andreas,
This did not have to do with editing content that was already sent for translation. Original form was deleted entirely and remade, sent for translation, and the same thing happened.

The issue was WPML did not recognize the radio button option of "30% - 50%" and "50% - 75%" as content that could be translated. So while I was unable to see them in the translation editor, they still appeared on the front-end correctly. To me that is an issue with the plugin, cost me a lot of time troubleshooting.

While I do not still need assistance on this, I feel like it's a potential issue that should be fixed.

Thanks.

Thank you for the details!

I have created a sandbox with Gravity Forms and WPML and tried to replicate this issue.

I can confirm that those numeric values do not show up on the Advanced Translation Editor by default. This is expected, as the editor's UI by default will only display translatable strings.

You will need to search for any numeric or non-visual elements of the content in the text search bar on the top right to translate them.

Thanks for explaining Andreas. In this case, would I simply input the numeric string in the search field and does this then give the option to add that string to the translation editor?

Indeed, simply entering one of the numbers or, even better, entering the percent sign "%" should make those strings visible inside the Advanced Translation Editor.

I tested this already on a dev site, and it worked as expected.
