File translations-queue.css is missing

desireeM	Background of the issue: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=tm%2Fmenu%2Ftranslations-queue.php&lang=en&job_id=908 It tries to load translations-queue.css from sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/class-wpml-translation-management.php however this css file does not exist. Sitepress 4.6.12 Symptoms: I expected the CSS file to exist, but instead, I got a 404 error. Questions: Why is the translations-queue.css file missing?
