This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are using a global footer in Portuguese on the Divi Builder and have translated it to Spanish using Divi Layouts for your site. However, the translated footer is not being displayed when selecting the Spanish version of the website.
Solution:
We found that the issue was due to translating the wrong template. You should translate the Divi Global Footer instead. After translating the correct footer and clearing the cache, the Spanish translations should appear correctly.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.
