This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate text that is in bold, but it doesn't appear in the WPML translation tool.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend checking if the bold text is preceded by a dot (e.g., ".Fazem recolha na morada"). This formatting might cause the text to be unrecognized by the translation tool. Please try removing the dot and then search for the text again in the WPML editor. If the text still does not appear, it might be due to other formatting issues.

This solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hello,

thanks for contacting us.

Do you mean for example: ".Fazem recolha na morada "? If so, can you please try removing the dot and then re-translate or search for it in the search top bar inside the editor? Since dot+text could mean that is not text so it could not be recognized.

Regards,
Drazen
