This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are manually translating the French version of the Shipping page using Elementor’s grid layout, but the translations are not appearing on the live French page, only the original English content is displayed.

Solution:
We recommend following these steps to ensure your manual translations display correctly:
1. Open the Shipping Information page for editing in the default language.
2. Edit the page using Elementor.
3. Save your changes and exit to WordPress.
4. Update the translation in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), ensuring it is completed to 100%.
5. Check the live French page to see if the translation appears correctly.
This issue may occur due to broken or incomplete communication between your site and the translation server, or conflicts caused by outdated plugins or custom code. Always ensure you are using the latest stable versions of themes and plugins.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am manually translating the French version of the Shipping page using Elementor’s grid layout on a site under development. I am using WPML for translations.

Symptoms:
Inside the editor, the translations are complete, but on the live French page, only the original English content appears instead of the manual translations.

Questions:
Why are my manual French translations not showing on the live site?
How can I ensure that my manual translations display correctly on the live French page?

Thank you for the access but unfortunately I'm getting "incorrect password" error after submitting the login form.

I've set your next reply as private again to provide the updated access.

Regarding your query about WPML's 30 days money back guarantee, you can always avail it within the promised time, there are no questions asked.

However, I'd like to debug the issue and escalate to our team if needed. Please note that to debug the issue completely and correctly, we need to use latest versions of the plugins, WordPress and theme(s), as well as, activating/deactivating plugins. So if there are chances of loss of your work in parallel, we recommend creating a staging site solely for debugging purposes.

Please let me know.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

I checked with Elementor and WPML plugins, after updating these plugins and parent theme. Apparently there's no issue. I tried the following steps:

- Opened the Shipping Information page for editing in default language.
- Edited with Elementor.
- Saved.
- Exited to WordPress.
- Updated the translation in ATE, where it was shown incomplete (hidden link">screen recording). Why? See below.
- Completed the translated to 100%.
- And French translation hidden link is working fine.

This can happen due to broken or incomplete communication between site and translation server, or, site having conflicts due to outdated plugins (or custom code). In this case, translation status may not be updated correctly. So the simplest fix is the same as I mentioned above.

Please always use latest stable versions of themes and plugins.
