Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) with the admin interface set to Greek. We are running WPML Multilingual CMS 4.5.4, WPML String Translation 4.5.4, WPML Translation Management 4.5.4, and WPML Translation Editor Add-on 4.5.4. When accessing the ATE, the browser console shows a 404 error for the Greek localization file. The URL in question is: hidden link. We verified that the English localization file loads correctly, and there are no firewall or hosting settings blocking the request.

Symptoms:
The browser console shows a 404 Not Found error for the Greek localization file (el.json) when using the Advanced Translation Editor. As a result, ATE retries continuously and eventually fails with the message: 'WPML tried to translate this page three times and failed.'

Questions:
Could you please upload or restore the missing el.json file for Greek localization on the AMS server?
Alternatively, advise if there is a different path or version we should use.

Hi there,

If possible, could you please share the URL of the page you're trying to translate that keeps failing? This will allow us to review it on our end and check the logs for any clues as to what's causing the issue.

Additionally, please navigate to WPML → Support → ATE Error Log and share the top five errors listed there.

Thank you!
