<b>Background of the issue: </b>
I am trying to set the internal URLs in the navigation bar to the corresponding language on my website. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.
<b>Symptoms: </b>
The URLs in the navigation bar are pointing to the English (default) version of the page instead of the Japanese version.
<b>Questions: </b>
Why are the URLs in the navigation bar not pointing to the Japanese version of the page?
How can I ensure the navigation bar URLs are correctly translated?
I have:
- clicked "Scan now and adjust links" in "Settings"
- translated "Navigation" with "Navigation Menu" category in "Translations" (it only translates the text not the links)
but to no avail. Please help.
Also, I cannot connect to WPML. The error says:
wpml: Unable to register: Site key not matching
It happens in the middle of January. I have never changed any settings.
