Background of the issue:
I am trying to address an issue where a page is not translating correctly. This ticket was previously closed due to inactivity because of internal tasks. I am linking the previous discussion here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/page-is-not-translating-correctly/page/2/.

Additionally, I noticed that the phpmyadmin plugin that was added seems to be causing problems.

Symptoms:
The page is not translating correctly, and the phpmyadmin plugin appears to be malfunctioning.

Hi i tried visiting the link but it doesn't seem to load on my end. It says wordpress-214261-5878397.cloudwaysapps.com took too long to respond.

Thanks for your reply. Our server could be down when you were checking on it. Could you retry? It works fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hi I really am unable to access the site. It still says “took too long to respond.” Could there be IP restrictions in place allowing only certain addresses to visit it?

Thanks for your reply. I’m not entirely sure what’s causing this issue, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please clone your site to a staging environment on your server and share the credentials with me?

I’ll take a closer look, and if I’m unable to resolve it, I’ll escalate the case to our 2nd Tier Support team for further investigation.
