This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues where ACF fields are displayed in English when editing the Greek version of posts, and there are translation warnings when editing the English version of posts despite changing the setting to WordPress Editor.
Solution:
We recommend resending the page to translation following the specific steps below. This action should help resolve the discrepancies in language display and the translation warnings.

1. Go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Jobs and cancel the in progress job. If there is no in progress job, continue to the next steps.
2. Edit the default page. Make any small change and update the page.
3. Go to WPML -> Translation Management and send this page to the translation basket. Tick the checkbox, scroll down and click translate, then you will see the translation basket tab.
4. Click the translation basket and send the page to yourself as a translator.
5. Go to WPML -> Translations and take and translate the page. Save the translation 100% and then let's see if the correct content shows.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I need to reopen or continue my previous ticket [Translations Warning & ACF Fields Translations Issue] as my issue is not resolved. I tested all your suggestions and the 2 issues still exist. I am trying to resolve issues with ACF fields and translation warnings on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
ACF fields are displayed in English when I edit the Greek version of the posts. I still get the translation warning when editing the English version of my posts despite changing the setting to WordPress Editor.

Questions:
Why are ACF fields displayed in English when editing the Greek version of the posts?
Why do I still get the translation warning when editing the English version of my posts despite changing the setting to WordPress Editor?
