This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client had an issue where the field labels on an admin page created with ACF and displayed using

acf_form()

were not showing the translated versions after migrating the website, despite working correctly on the development site.
Solution:
First, we suggested checking if the translations for the labels were available on the migrated site by following this guide: Translating ACF field labels with WPML.
If the translations were available but not appearing, we recommended regenerating the MO files:
1. Navigate to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting".
2. Scroll down and click on "Show custom MO Files Pre-generation dialog box".
3. After the page refreshes, a popup will appear. Click on the "Generate MO File" button and wait for the process to complete.

If the solution provided here is not relevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi there,

We have created an admin page and are using ACF to display a form with fields using acf_form().
The field label (e.g. "Name", "Surname") translations used to display correctly but after we migrated the website, they only show in the main language.
The development website is still up, so we have verified that they used to display correctly.
Could you please let us know how to resolve this?

Thank you very much

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

It is possible that the translation for the labels might not be carried over during the migration, which is why the translations are not appearing correctly. Could you please check the guide below and verify whether the translation for the labels is available on the migrated site or not?

If they are not available, kindly add the translation by following the guide, which could resolve the issue.

If the translations are available but still, are not loading, could you please check by regenerating the translation files? Here's what you have to do.

- Please go to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting"
- Scroll down and click on the "Show custom MO Files Pre-generation dialog box"
- The page will be refreshed and a popup will appear there. Click on the "Generate MO File" button on the popup. Wait till the regeneration process is completed.

Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello Prosenjit and thank you for your help.

The translations were available but not working, so we tried the second option and regenerated the MO file, and this worked!
Could you please let us know why this happened so we know in case it happens again in the future?

Again, thank you very much!

Best Regards,
