I was having the wrong key connected for this site and started translations. Now I deleted the key and connected the right key. But I lost a lot of credits. I already bought 600K credits. Can you please top up the credits, so i can fix the translations?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to WPML support. I’d be happy to assist you with this issue.

When a site key is removed, any remaining credits are automatically returned to your wpml.org account. You mentioned that some credits are missing—could you please provide a bit more detail so I can review the situation and assist you further?

I look forward to your reply.

Thank you.
