Hello, I am not sure if there is a connection, but currently, I am handling another similar issue with the Blocksy Theme, where product attributes appear duplicated in a second language. We have already tried to replicate this issue on a test site, but the issue was not replicable. Please take a backup of your site and then go to Plugins > Add new plugin and click on the Commercial tab. Now, click "Check for WPML Updates" and install the latest versions of our plugins. In case there are updates for the theme or other plugins available, please also run them. Finally, revise WPML > Taxonomy Translation, select the category, and if there is a sync option available, please run it. If this does not solve the issue, please let me know, and I will enable a private reply form so that you can provide me access to the site for investigating further. Best regards |

I deactivated the plugin "Blocksy Companion (Premium)" and updated the product translation, which solved the issue. This means some logic inside "Blocksy Companion (Premium)" must be causing this issue. I can offer to provide a WPML test site on which you can install the latest version of the plugin so that we can investigate further, but apart from that, this looks more like a kind of issue that needs to be reported to the Blocksy Support. |

I still see the same problem. I can see the variations values twice here for example hidden link The problem is not the translation of the product. It is the variations and the category that is displaed twice. Check the photo |

The issue: Yes, indeed, as I mentioned, this issue disappears if you disable "Blocksy Companion (Premium)". Somehow, on my earlier test, the issue with duplicated categories did not occur after enabling the plugin again. I disabled the plugin, adjusted the stock on the original product, as the stock changed when disabling the plugin. Then I saved the original product, and the stock was synced again. I then enabled "Blocksy Companion (Premium)" and saved the original product again, and the issue did not occur again. Workaround: Further steps if the issue occurs again: I can offer a WPML test site on which you can install the plugin and we can try to replicate the issue, so that we can escalate it to our compatilbity team. Would it be possible for you to provide the latest version of the plugin for testing? If so, let me know and I'll send you a link to a test site. We might then try to propose a fix and reach out to the author. |

Can you send me a link to a product that is working correctly? I cannot see any product with no problems. The plugin is disabled, but the products I have checked are with duplicate attributes. Also, the stock feature is not enabled as a feature on the website. So even if you disable the Blocksy plugin, the stock is not changed. I have the latest versions of the plugins installed on the test site. If you want to create a test website and give me access, I can clone my website there. |

My apologies, the term "stock" was a misunderstanding. I tested your site today again, and at the moment, the issue does not occur here: Maybe you are looking at the wrong site. Would it be possible for you to install the latest version of the plugin on our test site? If so, let me know, and I will send you a login token. |

I can confirm that for the product you sent me for the English language, the problem has been resolved. If you change the language to another one (not Greek), the problem reappears for the same product. Also, all other product do have the same problem. I can install the latest version of Blockly if you give me an access link. I can also clone my website if you want, so you have the problem to work with. Thanks |
