Problem:
The client purchased prepaid credits for WPML but was unable to use these credits for automatic translations. The client wanted to transfer all credits from prepaid to automatic translations.
Solution:
We advised the client to cancel their Pay-As-You-Go subscription first by navigating to WPML > Translation Dashboard > Translation Tools. We also identified that the client had unregistered and re-registered their site, which affected the credit display. We corrected this issue, and the client's site now correctly shows 550,000 available credits.
